Finding the Correct Ring Size

It is important for you to get the correct measurement for your Engagement Ring. We can send you a ring sizer if you are not sure of your ring size.

Measure the finger closest to the little finger on the left hand.
Measure the finger at normal room temperature, fingers can become wider if at a higher temperature.
Make sure the ring size fits snugly over the knuckle.
The ring should not be too tight nor swivelling.
If you are buying an engagement ring with a wider band it is best to go one size larger.

All you have to do is contact our Customer Services team and they will arrange a secure courier to pick up your engagement ring, re-size it and return courier the ring to your door. The re-size process takes approximately 5 working days.
