Engagement Ring Delivery Time

You can expect delivery of your Engagement Ring 12 to 15 days from the date you place your order.

Please inform Customer Services at time of order if you have an urgent delivery deadline, we can sometimes deliver Engagement Rings faster than the 12-15 day period.

How Will My Engagement Ring be Delivered?

We use Australia Post to deliver your Designer Engagement Ring directly to your door, for international deliveries we use FedEx - please enquire for international deliveries and we will give you a delivery time to your location. Our deliveries require a signature upon delivery.

When you place your order you provide us with your delivery address, however customer services will also contact you before delivering the Engagement Ring to confirm the delivery address and expected delivery date and time. Please ensure someone will be in to receive and sign for the delivery.

Is My Engagement Ring Insured in Transit?

Your Engagement Ring is covered by our insurance until the package is signed for at your delivery address. We highly recommend you have your engagement ring insured once in your possession, for more information see Valuation for Insurance Purposes.

Your Engagement Ring Packaging

Our packaging consists of a beautiful lamb leather and deer suede Engagement Ring box, an outer card ring box and an outer box containing ring care instructions, a letter from our designer Alice Herald and your independent diamond certificate.
