I went to the post office to grab the parcel this morning, and recieved in my hands a medium sized box.... hmmm... strange... its.... bigger than i thought!!

I carefully unhitched the bubble wrap and held quite a unique presentation box... upon opening that box I found another! and then finally the ring. I sat in my beat up rusting car in the morning sun outside the postoffice and was literally blinded by the flashes of colour reflecting off the diamond.

I was initially interested in your company as my choice for an engagment ring because your site steers away from the now prevalent tacky and fanciful image of offering "amazing deals on diamonds and gold". Not only was your site easy to use, but during the entire process I have been guided through in a courtious and professional manner at every stage, from diamond selection to the delivery.

Yourself, your company and the business you do is a credit to the jewellery industry.

I also had a hidden desire that I wasnt going to just recieve a ring in a ring box... It was a treat to find that you (mindread?!) go that extra mile to impress your clients. But it should be said this has been your outward goal the entire way.

The Service and The Quality of my purchase far exceeded my expectations. I was Very Nervous spending Thousands of Dollars on line, I have to admit the 2 weeks waiting for the stunning ring to arrive to getting a valuation I did have my concerns. The ring was valued at over double what I paid for it, I did have a sigh of relief at that point. The split shank allows for the lovely bead set diamonds to nestle in two rows, highlighting the shoulders of the ring shank beautifully and drawing the eye inwards to the fabulous claw set centre stone.

Even by itself, the round brilliant centre stone would have fabulous sparkle and this is only enhanced by the side stones. The claw setting elevates the diamond, showcasing the stone without overpowering it.

The Pia design is certainly a very glamorous ring and you may have some concerns about the practicality of wearing it on an everyday basis. A bead setting means that the side stones are set directly into the metal of the ring������¢���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½s band and are therefore very secure and even the claw setting used for the centre stone is surprisingly strong.
