Beyonce is a 27 year old world famous RnB singer. She first showed off her incredibly expensive engagement ring on the red carpet of Fashion Rocks at New York's Radio City Music Hall.

Lorraine Schwartz is a famous designer of engagement rings who has designed engagement rings for the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpson and Christina Aguilera to name a few!

Beyonce and Jay-Z had a small and intimate secret wedding in April 2008. Only close friends and family were invited. The wedding took place in the penthouse of Manhattan's Tribeca. Beyonce even flew in her wedding minister all the way from Houston Texas for the wedding ceremony.

Although the wedding was secret and relatively small, it was still incredibly lavish and I'm sure money was no object. The flower arrangements alone consisted of over 100,000 Dendrobium White orchids! All of the guests wore white, with the Groom wearing grey.

I still find it hard to believe this engagement ring is worth $5 million! I'll try to find some even higher value engagement rings to write about!
